Project Title:            Collage
Objective:                To work with a minimum of 3 individual scans and merge the images to form one of the following:
                                   
                                    1. Editorial illustration: poster, album cover, collage, etc.
                                    2. Individualized project, see me.

Conditions:     1. The student is to gather at least 3 images. All must be original art.

                       2. Think about using the scanner as a camera to create textures from any number of sources (don’t scratch the scanner!).

                       3. Other images can be obtained as discussed in class.

                       4. This project should be the culmination of what you have learned in this class! Try using Layers and Alpha channels to blend images into one another.           
           
                      5. Keep your design clean and simple.

                      6. Research your poster or album cover before execution so that your design is has a consistent look and feel. All elements should support ONE look/feel.

                      Target File Size: 4-6 megabytes in rgb (flattened)

Students will be graded on how much they show that they have experimented and exhibit their knowledge of Photoshop. The more sophisticated and usable (portfolio quality) the higher the grade!
